The position of the ECHO Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for technical support and general administrative management of multiple concurrent in-progress ECHO series. This position will be responsible for the beginning-to-end organization and implementation of content development, project logistics, and providing customer service and support to all those engaged in current ECHO projects. Primary job functions include: providing advanced user support, building relationships with ECHO series participants, providing technical assistance, and providing live support in current ECHO sessions. The project coordinator will be part of a fast-paced workplace and diverse multidisciplinary team, requiring effective communication skills. Working collaboratively with program leadership to determine strategic goals, this position will work independently to implement tasks and timelines to accomplish those goals. Additional responsibilities will include providing administrative and organizational assistance to development teams and partners associated with the larger ECHO initiative. Apply here

The Finance Manager administers and oversees the accounting processes for accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll reporting activities for SJBPH. This position also includes management of SJBPH facilities and fleet. This position: Serves as the Southwest Regional Epidemiologist; Conducts and assists with timely and complete case, outbreak, and incident investigations as well as implementing disease control measures; Provides support in the development of a collaborative statewide network providing emergency preparedness and response assistance; Provides care coordination for clients referred for latent and active TB treatment. A Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, human services, public health, environmental science, or related field and five years of human services or public health programs related experience is required.
