Pathways to Health

September 17, 2019

Did You Know?

One of SWCAHEC's goals is to improve access to quality health care services in our eight county region and bring more primary care providers to the area to live, work, and play.

We arrange housing and service learning opportunities for health professional students in rural clinical rotations and we are currently looking for a host home provider in Dove Creek.

If you're interested in acting as an ambassador for your community and becoming a host home provider, please contact Heather at heather.sorensen@swcahec.org
