The aim of the webinar-style program is to rapidly disseminate Post-COVID Conditions (PCC) and Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome findings and emerging best practices.

- Advise patients taking opioids, including buprenorphine, how to avoid and respond to overdose.

- Screen for and diagnose opioid use disorder in patients
- Use motivational interviewing skills to evaluate and treat patients having opioid use disorder.
- Assess whether patients having opioid use disorder are candidates for office-based buprenorphine treatment.
- Provide effective and successful buprenorphine treatment for patients with opioid use disorder.

The COVID-19 pandemic has laid bare the structural inequities of the health care system and the ethical dilemmas faced by health care leaders as they respond to these challenges. The Aspen Ethical Leadership (AELP) program is once again gathering in person to provide attendees with an opportunity to grapple with wicked problems as part of a carefully selected and intimate cohort using our hallmark case-study format with ripped-from-the-headlines situations faced every day by health care leaders. Attendees will have a rare space to build their ethical leadership capacities while engaging a network of connected professionals who share their commitment to ethical leadership.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide technical assistance, knowledge of resources, and subject matter expertise to community partners as they plan and implement local and regional interventions to address the drug overdose crisis.

This position will serve as a Program Professional for Consortium work groups and programs. The position will assist work groups with planning, organizing, and delivery of programs and projects associated with reducing substance misuse. Work group programs may include safe medication disposal, public awareness campaigns, harm reduction activities, community education or resource development.

SUMMARY OF POSITION: This is a professional level counseling/therapy position for treatment of juvenile youth and their families using a multisystemic approach. MST training will be provided.

1. Conduct MST assessment to include, but not limited to:

· Identifying and engaging key participants

JOB TITLE Reporter - Southwest Colorado/Four Corners Region
|
This is a grant-funded, three-year, full-time public radio broadcast journalism position, based in southwest Colorado. Voices from the Edge of the Colorado Plateau project–funded by Colorado Media Project’s Community News Network–is a multi-year collaborative project led by KSJD News and KSJD Community Radio, in partnership with KSUT Tribal Radio and KSUT Four Corners Radio, to stretch both stations’ existing efforts to elevate underserved voices and perspectives in rural southwest Colorado. Citizen-focused Enterprise Journalism KSJD and KSUT, both NPR member stations, will enhance their existing staffing, infrastructure, and content by hiring a shared full-time reporter.

The reporter’s beat for Voices from the Edge of the Colorado Plateau will focus on issues identified directly by citizens and organizations within the two tribes and five counties covered by the collaborating radio newsrooms. Current issues affecting marginalized voices include economic and social inequities for Native American populations; mental and physical health; and rural issues including agriculture, extractive industries, water and broadband access.
|
The reporter will find and report on marginalized voices in the Four Corners region, focusing on stories from Native, Indigenous, and Latinx communities. Coverage will take the form of features, spots and interviews. The ability to produce sound-rich radio stories is important, and an ability to adapt audio stories to web stories is preferred. The reporter will report to co-editors from KSJD and KSUT. The reporter is encouraged to seek out and pitch ideas, and work collaboratively with co-editors. Reporter’s work will air on KSJD Community Radio, KSUT Four Corners Radio, and KSUT Tribal Radio. It will also be published on each website. Life in the Four Corners.
