This series is an overview of essential topics in adolescent reproductive health. The series focuses on the importance of person-centered care when caring for young people. Content of includes taking an adolescent health history, minor consent and confidentiality, sexually transmitted infections, menstrual periods, contraception and strategies for addressing common concerns and side effects of contraceptive methods.
AUDIENCE: Nurses and other health professionals who work with adolescents and provide care and counseling on reproductive health concerns. If you are a prescribing provider (NP, PA, CNM, MD, DO) please do not register for this series. The next cohort for prescribing providers will be offered in Fall 2024.
SCHEDULE: Four weekly ECHO sessions held virtually Thursdays 8:00 - 9:15 AM MT April 4 - 25

OPEN POSITION: Executive Director
The San Miguel Resource Center’s (SMRC) Executive Director is responsible for the overall management and continued success of the organization: this position reports directly to the Board of Directors, oversees all programs and staff, and manages the annual budget. The ideal candidate will excel in mission fulfillment, leadership, fundraising, and relationship building. The Executive Director will work closely with the board, staff, and volunteers to achieve SMRC’s mission to empower and advocate for individuals affected by domestic violence and sexual assault.

The Executive Director position is full time, based in our Telluride office, has a salary range of $90,000-$100,000 and comes with a comprehensive, 100% employer paid benefits package and excellent PTO (130 hours vacation, 10 holidays and 48 hours of sick time)
