Connect for Health Colorado is going on the road to kick-off Open Enrollment 6! The roadshow includes locations all over the state. A walkthrough of our New Eligibility System will be presented the first hour of each roadshow date with an opportunity to ask questions. The audience is largely assisters and brokers so this is also an excellent networking opportunity. The Clinic Outreach Coordinator will assist in increasing breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer screening rates among Colorado women by conducting targeted outreach, organizing and participating in community events, providing education, and working directly with clients on barrier reduction. This work will be similar to a Community Health Worker, and requires an outgoing personality. The position pays $16.36-$23.72/hr. Although the full salary range for this position is provided, appointments are typically made at or near the range minimum. San Juan Basin Public Health is hiring an Administrative Assistant for the School Dental Program. Part-time administrative assistant wanted for the San Juan Basin Public Health School Dental Program. Days for the school dental program are Tuesdays and Thursdays when school is in session- October through March, the schedule varies. Tasks include: loading/unloading mobile dental equipment, setting up the equipment at the schools; data entry; and medical billing. The assistant will work with the Registered Dental Hygienist, serving the schools in La Plata, Archuleta and San Juan Counties. Travel to and from the schools is provided. Previous dental experience preferred but not necessary. The wage for this position is $13.72 to $19.90 an hour. Although the full salary range for this position is provided, appointments are typically made at or near the range minimum.
