SNAP, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program provides food assistance benefits as part of a federal nutrition program to help
low-income households purchase food. Over the past seven plus years, at least a dozen farmers markets across Colorado have been offering some type of double voucher or incentive program for SNAP participants. The Double Up Food Bucks program doubles the value of SNAP benefits at participating markets and food retail stores. Learn more about this benefit for Colorado's families, farmers and communities here.
