San Juan Basin Public Health is hiring a part-time (26 hours per week) Clinic Outreach Coordinator. The Clinic Outreach Coordinator will assist in increasing breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer screening rates among Colorado women by conducting targeted outreach, organizing and participating in community events, providing education, and working directly with clients on barrier reduction. This work will be similar to a Community Health Worker, and requires an outgoing personality. The position pays $16.36-$23.72/hr. Although the full salary range for this position is provided, appointments are typically made at or near the range minimum. The coordinator is responsible for supervising the nursing program faculty, establishing laboratory schedules, planning and participating in student advising and recruitment and assisting with assessment
and the evaluation of students.
Duties include program management, liaison to clinical facilities, working with the Clinical Coordinator, coordinating classrooms and labs, course scheduling, procurement of equipment and supplies, evaluation of other faculty and working with the campus Dean with regards to fiscal matters. The Faculty Coordinator will also maintain part time teaching responsibilities. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Nursing
