San Juan Basin Public Health (SJBPH) is hiring a Senior Program Manager to support Maternal, Child, Adolescent and Family Health programs. This position will provide administrative oversight and management of Nurse Family Partnership (NFP), Women, Infants and Children (WIC), Safecare program, and other related operations. Responsibilities are ensuring compliance of any applicable regulatory requirement, monitoring program and staff caseloads, and ensuring compliance with standards and expectations of each assigned program as stipulated by the funding source. The Senior Program Manager will also develop, coordinate, and provide community outreach and education opportunities by utilizing a variety of methods and mediums, and evaluate program outcomes and interventions. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, human services, or related field and five years of human services or public health programs related experience. Master’s degree in nursing preferred or a minimum of two years’ experience in maternal/child health, public health, or mental/behavioral nursing. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation. Benefits for exempt employees and non-exempt employees, 80% or more, are Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, Employee Assistance Program, Wellness Program, Paid Time Off, Retirement Plan, Life Insurance and Supplemental Insurance.
