How and where do I get the COVID-19 vaccine?

  1. Know your eligibility group based on State of Colorado guidelines.

  1. Check with your primary care provider for availability, either by phone or check the website or patient portal. They may contact you when the vaccine is available to your eligible group or there may be a sign-up list.
  2. Check your local pharmacies to find out if they have COVID-19 Vaccine appointments available AND if you are currently eligible.
  3. Check your local county health department website for ongoing community vaccine clinic appointment availability and eligibility. Sign up to be contacted for an appointment or receive updates about availability when your group becomes available to get a vaccine.

Please be aware this information is changing rapidly. Availability may be limited due to supply and some sites may have supply when others do not.
